Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour Blend (White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Tapioca Starch), Granulated Cane Sugar, Sprinkles (Cane Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Palm Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, Vegetable Juices for Color, Sunflower Lecithin, Spirulina for Color, Annato For Color, Turmeric for Color, and Carnauba Wax), Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum, Vanilla Powder, Kosher Salt, Baking Powder

¼ cup + 1 Tbsp butter
(or vegan butter) softened, not melted
2 Tbsp apple sauce

Baking Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 375, or 350 for dark baking sheet.
STIR together softened butter and applesauce in a large bowl until smooth.
ADD cookie mix to bowl. Stir until dough is formed.
SCOOP dough with a round tablespoon and shape into a ball. Place 2” apart on lined baking sheet.
BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES or until cookies start to brown around the edges. (Bake time may vary)
COOL for 10 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
