Ingredients: gluten-free flour blend (white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), organic fair trade chocolate chips (organic chocolate liquor, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter), organic cane sugar, baking soda (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), salt, xanthan gum, baking powder

1/4 cup Butter
or dairy-free alternative
2 Tbsp Applesauce
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Baking Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 375, or 350 for dark baking sheet.
STIR together softened butter, applesauce, and vanilla (optional) in a large bowl until smooth.
ADD cookie mix to bowl. Stir until dough is formed.
SCOOP dough with a round tablespoon and shape into a ball. Place 2” apart on lined baking sheet. Makes 16 cookies.
BAKE FOR 9 MINUTES or until cookies start to brown around the edges. (Bake time may vary)
COOL for 10 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
